Anthony Homer has over a decade of real estate development experience in the private sector and public-private partnerships. He has a successful track record of leading multi-discipline teams from project pursuit, and negotiations through permitting to construction. He plays a tactical role in developing new markets for sports tourism facilities and identifying local strategic partners to multiply the economic impact created in communities.  

 Anthony previously managed the back-office operations of a portfolio of properties for a hotel development, management group with over 400 employees. His knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry as well as corporate operations and reporting bring efficiency, reporting accuracy, and transparent best practices to the public-private partnerships. 

 Past efforts have generated $62M of incentives in support of $132M in project values. Anthony negotiated a development agreement that secured $9.5M in city grants for hospitality and sports tourism projects in Wichita, KS, including land grants and cash incentives. Secured land grant of 6.6AC of frontage on I-70 in Huber Heights, OH, and took project lead from concept to permits. Spearheaded agreement with the City of Charlotte and Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority to structure $15M in developer incentives for a $50M project. The development of the Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus of Pasco County was a $25M facility which RADDSports guided and funded the collaborative design before handing the construction over to the county-selected construction manager. Anthony worked with a private mixed-use development in Gainesville to deliver an unsolicited proposal for a $35M indoor sports events center to Alachua County which is scheduled to open in January 2023. 

 Anthony is a licensed Florida real estate broker and has been recognized at every stage of his career including the 2009 Florida Realtors Newcomer Award. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Florida Realtors, the Sarasota Association of Realtors, and as President for the Sarasota Commercial Investment Division, including the task force which built their headquarters.
