RADDSports unifies facility design, public-private development, and day-one operations into a single accountable team. For municipalities and destination partners who need a sports asset that performs on opening day — and year ten.

01 The Model

Most firms hand off.
We stay.

The conventional path is a feasibility study from one firm, a construction RFP from another, an operator contract from a third. By year three, no one owns the outcome. RADDSports collapses the chain — one team, one P&L, accountable from concept through opening day and on into year ten.

01
Design

Feasibility, market sizing, facility programming, and architectural design tuned to the events and programming that will actually fill the building.

02
Develop

Public-private partnership structuring, funding strategy, tourist-development-tax assembly, and capital negotiations. Past efforts: $30M incentives on $100M project values.

03
Operate

Day-one operations, event booking, programming, maintenance, and revenue share back to the municipality. RADD carries the operating risk — your community shares the upside.

We hosted the
world in Gainesville.

The 10th World Masters Athletics Indoor Championships — co-produced with Alachua County, USATF, Visit Gainesville, and the Gainesville Sports Commission. A 200m banked Mondo track, 24 athletic events, and a week of international competition in a venue we helped design, build, and open.

06 Principals

The people who
sign their name to it.

When a municipality awards a long-term destination contract, the question isn't which firm — it's which people. RADDSports' principals have spent a combined 80+ years inside Florida sports tourism. They take the calls.
