RADDSports Director of Finance/HR Support Arika DeLazzer is a lifelong Florida native who earned her B.S. degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in 2008. Since then, Arika has had 12 years of experience in the financial management of the hotel management, beauty & event planning industries.
Arika also has had a passion for sports throughout her life, as she participated in volleyball, softball and weightlifting throughout high school. She also played in a number of recreational volleyball, softball and kickball leagues as an adult. Arika’s three brothers were basketball, football and soccer superstars.
She has two young daughters, one that is destined to be a cheerleader and volleyball player and the other who loves to be on the soccer pitch.
“I am here to support each and every RADDSports team member with budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable & receivable and any human resources requests/concerns that may arise as the Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus of Pasco County opens and begins hosting programs,” she says. “This is such an exciting opportunity!” Arika assists in the financial projections and analysis stage of each project.
