Marquee weekends
Two events anchor the calendar. Swampfest is the headline off-road event in Florida — a multi-day takeover of the property with racing, rides, music at the amphitheater, and full-park camping. The BOSS Series Race brings sanctioned competition that draws riders from across the Southeast. Both pull room nights into Alachua and the surrounding counties.
Why a motorsports park belongs in a sports-tourism portfolio
Sports tourism is not just team-sports tournaments. Motorsports drives some of the longest stays and highest per-visit spends of any segment — multi-night camping, family travel, parts and service spend, food and beverage on-site. RADD operates Waldo with the same destination-park mindset we apply to a 16-field complex: the venue is a year-round revenue engine, not just a track.
