North Central Florida Community Center
Gainesville · Active Operation · Lease executed October 2025
The brief.
RADDSports executed a long-term lease in October 2025 at the former North Central Florida YMCA — a ~50,543 SF building at 5201 NW 34th Boulevard, Gainesville. The facility houses RADD's Gainesville-area volleyball and cheer programming today, with additional sport and community programs rolling out in 2026.
What it delivered.
How it
came together
What this is
A community center re-imagined as a year-round programming venue. The building is owned by North Central Florida Community Center, Inc. — a Florida not-for-profit, formerly the North Central Florida YMCA. RADD operates as the long-term tenant: programming, scheduling, maintenance, and the welcome-the-community front door.
Cheer + volleyball today
RADD Cheer brings competition-level training and a recent UCA All Star National Championship pedigree. Volleyball serves leagues, clinics, and tournament play. Both run through 2026 with expanded calendars.
What comes next
More sport programming, more community programming, and a steady ramp of facility utilization across weekdays and weekends. Active conversations with Gainesville-area youth sports organizations and tournament series.
